line-height: 16px; ">二月份(約農曆年前幾天)，我也遇到類似的情況，當時我載女兒到左營自由路靠近明誠路的九乘九書局，因找不到車位，我就先停在書局的門口，想說女兒下去買文具，我在車上等一下就好。正在掏錢包要拿錢給女兒時，突然有位年約40歲的壯男大力地敲我的車窗玻璃。我搖下四分之一的車窗，壯男對我大吼：「你的車撞到我，給我下車，xoxoxoxo...！女兒在旁眼淚都流下來。<p style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 1.5em; "> </p>我就火大了(嚇壞我女兒，你死定了！)，我哪裡撞到你了，壯男更大聲吼：「妳給我下來！」隔著車窗，我回他：「 喔！等我一下，我打個電話報警。」 壯男聽完，罵了一連串三字經oxoxoxo....。於是我面帶微笑，並用高八度音回他：「 喔！先生?你講話好大聲、好兇，嚇死我了！我有心臟病，我感覺要呼吸困難，我需要再打一通電話，打119叫救護車，在警察及救護車未到之前，你不要再跟我講話or敲打車窗，要不然換我告你傷害、公然辱罵，並要賠償我精神上損失。」說完，我就關上車窗(並轉頭拿面紙安撫女兒)，稍後待我頭轉回駕駛座時，已不見那壯男。大約過了15分鐘，交通大隊警員及新莊派出所警員雙雙抵達，我才開車門走下車，並敘述方才發生的經過，派出所的警員說：「這個禮拜在這附近已發生三起類似的假車禍事件，希望我去派出所補個報案紀錄，因為有車主於事發後隔天就接到恐嚇電話，要求金錢賠償，否則會有事發生，且對方知道車主的車牌及電話號碼(我心想：那不就監理站車籍資料有外洩)，於是我就與警員至派出所備案。原以 為事情告一段落了，沒想到隔兩天，我真的接到恐嚇電話(因警員有叮嚀，叫我這幾天要小心注意)，於是我一聽未等對方說完，馬上搶話說：「先生，可以請你重頭重新講一次嗎？因為我還沒按手機錄音，這次警察交代的，方便找到你來泡茶聊天」，我話還沒講完，對方電話就掛了。;從那天起，就沒再接到電話了，事情就真的告一段落了。我想，那些詐騙集團的無賴，可能覺得：遇到瘋耶。還有要告訴你們： 我只要接到銀行or疑似詐騙集的客服電話，我一律回答如：謝謝，直接掛斷電話。只要不貪，詐騙集團就無法得逞，千萬不要貪心，天下無白吃的午餐，錢不會從天掉下來，一分耕耘，一分收穫。遇到馬路上的無賴......要冷靜以對！馬路上的無賴，建議您要看完喔！;最近街上無賴很多 (提供善心人士的經驗談) 。<p style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; text-align: left; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 1.5em; ">話說上週六晚上，我老婆和他姊夫去台南市買東西，回程途中，在勝利路與小東路交叉口停紅燈，突然有一個年輕人走到駕駛座旁，不知道一直對他們罵什麼，我老婆他們不以為意，想說是路上的神經病，綠燈亮了就繼續開車。開車之後，對方就一直跟在他們的車後面，我老婆就叫姊夫趕快把車開到附近的警察局，不過一時之間搞不清楚到底附近哪裡有警察局，這時已經到了小東路和光明街交叉口，又遇上了紅燈。這次對方就直接把車斜停在他們的車前面，接著這個年輕人又下車了，非常兇惡的用力拍打擋風玻璃，說是我老婆他們撞到他的車，要我老婆他們下車。當時我老婆真的是嚇到了，不過還是冷靜的記得打電話報警。對方仍然是在車外叫囂，我老婆他們也不下車，因為他們車速比較慢，一直開在外 側車道，前方一直都是沒有車的，所以有絕對的把握沒有撞到任何車子。警察大概過了十幾分鐘才到現場，這時我老婆才下車，接著就是由警察來協調，弄清楚到底發生什麼事。對方一直說我老婆的車子撞到他，警察要他指出到底撞到哪裡，他說撞到車頭，但是這個年輕人卻無法指出任何確切的撞擊位置和痕跡。而我老婆他們在路上一直都是第一部車，前面沒有車可以撞，更不可能在停紅燈時倒車去撞後面的車。由於對方提不出任何證據，我老婆也堅持沒有任何擦撞，警察就勸雙方各退一步，當做沒什麼事發生。但是這個年輕人這時居然要求我老婆向他道歉，原本我老婆已經打算息事寧人，被嚇到都還沒要求他道歉，一把火就這麼升上來，「你憑甚麼叫我跟你道歉？」接著我老婆說：「你無緣無故把我在路上攔下來 ，我要告你妨礙自由。」此話一出，對方馬上就安靜下來，警察在旁邊也說：「小姐，如果你要提出告訴，我們到時可以作證。」我老婆拿出相機，把兩部車停在路上的位置拍了幾張不同角度的照片。這時這個年輕人態度不一樣了。他說：「你們都是有背景的啦！我們這種人就是壞人啦！我就給你道歉可以了吧！」我老婆說：「你最好是道歉，不然我告你告到死。」接下來就是對方一直的道歉，對方車上還有另外一個女的，這時也下來道歉。警察說對方道歉他們都有錄音錄下來。最後我老婆要求警察將對方扣留一段時間，讓他們先離開現場，以確保對方不會馬上報復。後來警察也有和我們聯繫，說當天的錄音都存在警察局，有需要的話可以過去聽。整件事大略的過程就是這樣，警察說我老婆的處置不錯，在此歸納 幾個要點供大家參考：;１、警察說最近的確是有越來越多的假車禍勒索事件，開車時要提高警覺。２、遇到不明人士攔車叫囂，儘快將車開到附近警察局 ( 報警 )。３、如果車子被攔下無法駛離，留在車上不要下車，趕快報警及聯絡朋友。（ 後來也聽說有朋友遇到類似情況，想下車理論，一下車對方就動手先打人。）４、數位相機或照相手機要記得拿出來用，把現場記錄下來保護自己。５、對方道歉要錄音下來，以免事後對方反悔糾纏不清。６、如覺得個人安全受到威脅，可以要求警方填寫報案三聯單，以留下事發紀錄。( 這是一位法律系的朋友建議的）７、可以要求警方當場扣留對方一小段時間，讓自己能安全離開現場。希望大家都不要碰上這種事情，我們倒楣遇上了，在這邊和大家分享一下，大家萬一遇到了，也就比較不會那麼緊張，有個處理程序可以供參考。</p></span></div><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6771275379826639881-1667901644070447735?l=laustpoe.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>poehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00397731974022718891noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6771275379826639881.post-6015937863152008572010-10-02T03:34:00.000-07:002010-10-02T03:35:50.401-07:00<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_pHZ9qKK1ryI/TKcK0biXYWI/AAAAAAAAB4c/raIgdvWV2nU/s1600/x.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer; font-size: 10px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 12px; ">David LaChapelle 作品</span>來台展出，並親臨辦講座。想說這一類的講座到底有多少人會來。從網路上瘋狂的報名顯露了台灣對於攝影似乎再現了一波風潮。從這一兩年來的攝影書籍蓬勃，像是荒木經惟、森山大道的自傳書，等都在台賣的不錯，討論器材與技術的書籍更是從沒少過，台灣人對於攝影的注意似乎是更深了。<div><br /></div><div>在排隊等待進場的同時，浮上我腦中的問題是，有多少人知道這位攝影師？ 他的作品？他的作品當中的想法？ 還是只是因為宣傳上的“超潮“攝影師 ，華麗的廣告照片才來聽的？ 這些觀眾來的是想要聽到什麼？ 想要問怎麼拍照？ 還是攝影師個人對於攝影的看法？ 協力廠商清一色是流行時尚雜誌，以及某文教基金會。雖然是出錢讓大眾享有如此難得的機會，這些大頭們也不免上台致詞一番，這種程序我想只在官方會議才會出現，想不到超潮攝影師的暖場，竟然是從大官們的結巴致詞開始。</div><div><br /></div><div>久沒用英文，退步很多，以下以幾個重要層面跟大家分享，</div><div><br /></div><div>David 提到年少就離家，過著很辛苦的生活，為了生存為了興趣（攝影）不得不做些工作，像是婚紗攝影？（幹嘛排斥阿 哈哈） 幸運的是 ，被當時如日中天的安迪渥荷看上 ，欽點為interview雜誌攝影，david 說他很lucky， 我的想法是，真的很幸運，在紐約有能力的人多如過江之鯽，有這種機會，某個層面上真的是是比他人好運太多，因此David 開始了他的職業生涯。</div><div><br /></div><div>年輕就是本錢，但是荒誕的生活讓他經歷了好友的離別（因為吸毒、因為愛滋） 我想這些經歷的確是會讓人成長的很快。當昨夜還在嬉鬧玩樂的好友，今早就掛點（舉例）。有幾個人能不去思考生命的本質？ </div><div><br /></div><div>經歷了數年的職業攝影生涯，david越覺得無法再繼續下去，超乎日常的美好情境，名牌吹捧的完美生活，卻不是一般人可以接觸到的，身為這樣的攝影師，如同罪犯的幫兇，一天，他再也無法繼續下去，當紅的身分地位（被稱作全美第三身價最高的攝影師） 被威脅如果離開，就再也不用回來，David 決定去夏威夷，丟掉電腦手機，三個月，獨自生活了三個月，那三個月，每天都在下雨。</div><div><br /></div><div>後來從商業轉回藝術創作，david決定要用自己的專長來告訴世人某些話，洪水系列，是表述人類對於地球的傷害，所有建立的價值當洪水來臨是，價值體系都將崩潰瓦解。（我覺得這系列畫面非常漂亮）。以及引用聖經故事的洪水篇，來做篇大長幅的創作（雖然故事老套但是份量相當驚人）。 </div><div><br /></div><div>關於影像中裸體的部份，他覺得他拍很多裸體的影像，但是很擔心 觀者只在意那些沒有穿衣服的MD而不去思考 影像中要表達的意念，最讓他欣慰的就是，某次在法國的展覽，他在後面觀察，在一幅作品前欣賞的老人、小孩、年輕人都沒有暗地偷笑（注意裸體）而是專心的在看作品，他知道 這樣 這些人都在看影像中的意函，而不是男人的生殖器或女人的乳房。</div><div><br /></div><div>關於麥可傑克森。 David認為他是位天使，一位全世界最偉大的藝術家之一。從小受了眾多磨難，從黑人努力，後來因病變成白皮膚，被八卦攻擊，但是還是堅持在工作上，這些言語攻擊，不是一般人可以忍受的，但是麥可還是持續在他的作品努力，直到過世之前還在準備演唱會，</div><div>這次演講的最後是麥可有著翅膀踩著惡魔，是David對於麥可的致意。</div><div><br /></div><div>關於演講座後問答，第一個問題就是，請問你用數位還是底片，你用暗房麻？</div><div>David第一時間就說：下一個問題。 我心理想，哇，真是太棒的回答了。有史以來最好的回應。</div><div>但是基於禮貌，他後來補充，一開始是用底片後來就用數位，現在用phase one機背。</div><div><br /></div><div>我心理馬上就想著他心理應該是說，用什麼拍都可以何必去將就或堅持使用什麼工具？ </div><div><br /></div><div>關於他的作品，說到，有人認為他的作品太數位，太假，都是電腦作的。他很不服氣的說，所有的作品都是眾人的心力，模特兒、化妝師、服裝、攝影師、助理等等，這些都不是電腦可以做到的，重點還是這些人做了些什麼。</div><div><br /></div><div>看著宣傳上寫的超潮攝以師，原本以為是很臭屁的傢伙，聽完後覺得，這傢伙可能會去參佛之累得吧，連放影片出錯（不關他的事）他也會向大家道歉，有禮、沒架子，真的很難得，我想跟去雨林參透人生應該很有關係。</div><div><br /></div><div>http://www.lachapellestudio.com/</div><div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6771275379826639881-1993181159641195599?l=laustpoe.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>poehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00397731974022718891noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6771275379826639881.post-27649466099735721232009-12-04T08:44:00.000-08:002009-12-04T08:45:11.734-08:00<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_pHZ9qKK1ryI/Sxk8djJfulI/AAAAAAAAB1U/_v2c6KCy7Xg/s1600-h/_MG_8460.jpg"><img style="cursor:pointer;
